Scope

This Return Policy applies to consultation sessions and digital resource bundles purchased from Shiningglowvital through shiningglowvital.world or direct communication with our team.

Consultation Sessions

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a confirmed session at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time without fee. We will offer alternative times subject to availability.

Cancellation by client: Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours in advance receive a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive partial credit toward a future session at our discretion.

Cancellation by us: If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

No-shows: If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

Digital Resource Bundle

Because PDF and digital guides are delivered electronically, refunds are available within seven days of purchase if you have not downloaded the materials. After download, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or the content is materially unavailable due to our error.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@shiningglowvital.world with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address concerns directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect future booking eligibility.

Non-Refundable Items

Free website tools, email newsletters, and promotional content are provided without charge and are not subject to refund.

Consumer Rights
